Hi, I just had a new duet shipped to Australia. I plugged it in last night and it was working brilliantly! Woke up this morning and no matter how hard I try to persuade it, no LED on the front.
The device does make a quiet, but continuous, beep sound and the red light on the optical port is on. Is my new duet toast?
