Installed 7.1.0 today on my WHS and I must say the improved forward/back scan is an excellent improvement (it does get stuck sometimes, but I feel this is quite an improvement on the previous 2x/4x/8x.. scanning) Last.fm integration is also quite interesting when browsing through music.
