Jannock, It sounds like shoutcast is not returning playlist info. Some debug log info would help diagnose.
Under Settings / Advanced / Logging set "formats.xml" to INFO and "network.asyncdns" to INFO. Click Apply. On main SC screen, select Shoutcast and click through to a playlist such as Top500 or a genre. If you get the playlist error - examine recent message in the log and attach a copy of the log to a post.
