I am also having severe interface problems with Sc 7.1 but only when using Safari(have a Mac computer).I cannot change anything in Sc settings.
When I hit save it will revert to the original setting.Very frustrating. Yes I have reset Safari and cleared the cache and it does not help.I did a clean install of Sc 7.1.
