OK, I don't understand why you are looking for multi zone amps when you are going to have multiple recievers.
Buy one reciever per room. Buy one amp per room. Wire them to the speakers. This way you can have every room playing different material or sync them all or selectively together to play the same material. $2000 will buy you 8 recievers and 8 amps.
