Right, ok. Thats actually what I thought then i first posted.

The WEP key is what was used when your wirless network was set up. The
same one you used to connect your new laptop to the wireless network.

As I said before, controlling SqueezeCenter from any other PC or Mac on
your wireless network should be as simple as entering
http://<IP_of_imac>:9000/ in the browser. Although, just clicking on
that link won't work you actually need to use the IP address of the
computer running SqueezeCenter for that to work. usually it would be
something along the lines of http://192.168.0.1:9000/ or something
similar.

Are there any firewalls running on the iMac? if so you will need to
allow it to to give access to Port 9000 from external connections.

If you are struggling, it might be an idea to read through the
begginers section of the wiki to see if you can sort it all out.
