This is an incredible price, I'll have to go get that extra Squeezebox I've been looking for for a while! If you use Quidco or something I think you'd get another 2.5% back.
I agree that PC World's order and collect service is shocking! I too was under the mistaken belief that if you ordered online they would put an item away for you. I did this when I bought my first Squeezebox and spent 15 minutes in a queue at customer services listening to them try and BS people about their computer problems before having to show the member of staff where the Squeezeboxen were in the store (I had never been to the store before!).
