Your log looks like if your installation had quite a few, though small issues. They might sum up to unexpected behaviour.

This might be due to some mix of revisions too. I'd suggest you uninstall SC (leaving the settings in place), remove all and everything from the installation folder (backup first ;-)), re-install.
