To be honest, I'm not sure, but probably not more than a few hours. I get something like that when streaming over wireless into a bluetooth headset. I do have an extra battery though, so in could be useful. About the feasability argument. Sure such a feature would be on the edge. But IMHO not much more than many of the other SD products at the time they where introduced.
