The install shouldn't remove the AACplus if you have used the Plugin method rather than hand edits of some conf files.
I need to update the Plugin for 7.1 and higher but you can edit with Wordpad the install.xml file and change the MaxVersion setting from 7.0.+ to * The Wiki entry ( http://wiki.slimdevices.com/index.php/AACplus ) reference a 7.0 plugin for AACplus ( http://forums.slimdevices.com/showpost.php?p=272774&postcount=19 ).
