I think reading through everything makes sense so you just feel like you grasp the scope. After that, I think some amount of worry about prioritizing should be discarded in favor of just progressing. If a few needed task are done out of order in terms of priority, it doesn't matter that much, we just need them all to get done. I think refactoring will help everyone as will a smoother deploy process. Because getting updates live and pushed out to everyone is important, and that whole deploy topic needs to be solved.
