Hi all, We did a preliminary test, and it went well enough. We're going to meet via https://beta.meet.jit.si/snowdrift next Monday, November 2nd, 20:00 UTC (that's 1PM Pacific). Everyone is welcome to join. We don't expect tons of people. If more show, we'll see what happens with the system and how overloaded it may get or not.
The plan going forward is to have more meetings more regularly and at varying times so different folks can attend. With some work, we can structure focused teams of volunteers for various topics and each team can start having separate meetings. I will be working to plan and organize the meeting between now and Monday, but whatever happens, we'll do our best to make it a productive time.
