Some questions I have: 1. Did we choose Wekan or are the other options open? Some of the other boards are nice too, worth trying imho. 2. About the bot, I could move fpbot to snowdrift or create a new instance. Since fpbot serves other channels and projects, such as libreboot, running it means responsibility for that too and SSHing to the server to solve issues if something happens. Unless it's ok for snowdrift to take that responsibility (it could of course be me SSHing to fpbot, but still...) and possibly added work, it may be a good idea to create a separate instance. If that is preferred, it needs a new nickname. Random idea: flakebot. 3. Sandstorm allows non root install but IIRC then some tools are not installed -- fr33
