To clarify, I optimistically do not expect we need a 3 hour meeting.
That seems excessively long, and the structure is supposed to be very
efficient. We will aim to get all the important concerns addressed in
1-2 hours, hopefully within 60-90 minutes
Further clarification: here's what I expect / plan on (times in UTC:
19:00-20:00 informal, discussion of Holacracy and best practices,
possible policies, time to work through and clarify thoughts. If we run
out of things to talk about we'll go back to doing whatever until 20:00.
20:00-21:00 "the real meeting" -- formation of roles and policies
21:00-22:00 extra time, should we need it.
