Hi everyone,
Our September 2014 online lab meeting will take place this Thursday
(Sept 25) at 18:30-19:30 Eastern, then again this Friday (Sept 26) at
11:00-12:00 Eastern. (As always, we're holding the same meeting twice
to accommodate people's schedules and time zones.) Details are
accumulating at https://etherpad.mozilla.org/swc-labmeeting-2014-09 -
please add yourself to one or the other timeslots so we have an idea of
how many people to expect, and if there are items you'd like to add to
the agenda, please add those as well. Right now, the two main topics of
discussion will be:
a) a proposal to have specific people act as maintainers for specific
lessons, and
b) discussion sparked by "Building a Better Teacher" about how to share
and improve teaching practices
There are links in the Etherpad to blog posts about both of these -
please look them over before the meeting (including the comments on the
"better teacher" posts, which I've really enjoyed).
