US EPA's Office of Research and Development is looking to hire 40 postdocs in a wide variety of fields and locations. Listings can be found via http://cfpub.epa.gov/ordpd/index.cfm. Not sure how many have a computational component to them. Although I am not involved directly with any of the current positions, I started at EPA in 2006 on one and (for the most part) have been quite happy working at EPA.
