Hey all,

Just wanted to point you at my digest of the conversation from Instructor Hangouts yesterday:
http://mozillascience.org/instructor-hangouts-roundup-oct-16/

TL;DR: there's often a disconnect between the cool things we learn in instructor training (formative questioning, concept maps, peer instruction, reverse instructional design...) and what actually happens live at a workshop. Are there useful and not overwhelmingly difficult ways we can reform our lesson material to encourage the use of these techniques (rather than traditional lecture-style delivery)? What else can we do to bring that pedagogy out in practice more?
