We'd like to add a "fork me on GitHub" ribbon to each of our lessons,
with the URL pointing to the lesson's repository. It's easy enough to
do if we don't mind dealing with occasional merge conflicts, but I'm
hoping we can come up with a way that *doesn't* necessitate that. If
you're interested in the problem, please head over to
https://github.com/swcarpentry/lesson-template/issues/16 and propose
solutions.
