Hello All, I am working on my first contribution toward the novice lessons, specifically the R lesson, and am looking for some feedback on what proper procedure is here at Software Carpentry. Specifically, should I only send a PR for changes to the *.Rmd files? Both the *.Rmd and *.md files? Or the *.Rmd, *.md, and *.html files?
