Although I like `find`, use it all the time, and think it is important,
I agree that it's not for novices. To use it most effectively requires
regexes and being able to use other simpler commands as arguments to the
'-exec' flag.

It is also possible to get by without it; but as soon as someone does need
its functionality, it will show up in search results. Eg, when I google
"linux how show all subdirectories", `find` is mentioned in *all* of the
results on the first page.
