I think moving to GitHub's automatic rendering would be a workflow improvement, but I would like to hear about what's now changed that would allow us to move back to Jekyll.

The primary change is the volume of complaint:

1. Committing HTML is error-prone.

2. We're not using the normal GitHub pages workflow or toolset.

I looked at setting up Travis-CI, but that moves us even further away from the standard gh-pages workflow. Other thoughts?

Thanks,
Greg

p.s. and I agree with John B. that we're changing our process more often than we'd like to; my only defense is that we're learning as we go...
