Hi everyone,

Our core lessons have now been published - please see [1] for details. 185 people have contributed in various ways to these seven lessons, and I think we should be proud both of what we have created and of how we've created it.

The next big steps will be:

* publishing updates at the end of this year that include capstone lessons

* re-thinking our Python lesson (I hope to start that discussion in two weeks - please stay tuned)

Congratulations to everyone who contributed to Version 5.3, and many thanks to the topic maintainers for wrangling all the pull requests and reviews.

Cheers,
Greg

p.s. and please see [2] for a description of the metadata issue that we still haven't really resolved - help there would still be welcome.
