Great, thanks! We hit this problem last week at the CoDiMa workshop in 
Manchester.
Is there any regression testing used to check that the SWC Windows Installer 
works?
If not, I could offer some help to test in St Andrews on a  Windows 7 machine 
that
is a part of our Jenkins infrastructure.
