What a fantastic resource--thanks for sharing! While we're on the topic (if it's okay), late last year / early this year Markos Moulitsas posted a highly detailed account of his obsessive and well-researched effort to reach a carbon-neutral household. His three guiding principles: 1. I do what I do to protect my world. 2. Saving money is important! 3. Don't sacrifice comfort. It gave me a lot to think about and is a great source of advice on the topic. While not as specifically geared toward "technologists" it's still very geeky and data-driven. The first post in the series is here: http://www.dailykos.com/story/2014/12/22/1348847/-The-Kos-guide-to-a-carbon-neutral-household-Intro Erik _______________________________________________ Discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.software-carpentry.org/mailman/listinfo/discuss_lists.software-carpentry.org
