That being said, JupyterHub is an excellent way to run a multi-user server, and 
it can be spun up in a Docker container with only a few minutes of 
configuration. I’ve configured some custom versions for our research group, but 
it might be an interesting way to host all of the infrastructure needed for a 
workshop. It comes with terminal support in-browser too…
