I use Gitprint [1] to turn my markdown files into PDFs to print them or
view them on a tablet. It's really easy, all you do is view your markdown
file on GitHub, and then replace the github.com part of the URL with
gitprint.com

The one hickup with this is it doesn't like the {.bash} that comes after
~~~ in the code blocks so you have to not use or remove them.
