Hello all, As I've already wrote to the 'Discuss' list some time ago, there is now a Software Carpentry lesson on the computational algebra system GAP [1]. The lesson is at [2], the repository for it is [3]. It was taught at the workshop [4], and feedback is collected in [5].
We are now starting to develop the lesson on SageMath: see [7]. It was advertised in the Sage-education mailing list, and Raniere suggested (thanks) to write to Discuss list too. We invite collaborators, please watch the repository [9] if you're interested to see what's going on there, and add a comment at [9] if you're interested in contributing. At the moment we've just started to look for a "lesson story" - some research-style problem around which we could build the lesson.
