The boot camp running this coming week in Halifax, Nova Scotia
(https://computecanada.github.io/2016-05-05-saintmarys/) will be simultaneously
translated into sign language for the benefit of 3 or 4 deaf learners,
including one faculty member at the host university. I know boot camps have
been conducted in several languages other than English (French, Korean, and
Brazilian Portuguese come to mind), but I strongly suspect this is the first
time SWC will be given in ASL.

Would we be inaccurate to brag this up in the intro on Thursday? Or has
another boot camp somewhere already translated for deaf learners?
