This brought me back to my undergrad years... Thank you for this, Greg! I think this is the answer to the questions that I'm sometimes getting at the Instructor Training "What is the perfect/right way of delivering the workshops?". There is none. It's always different but there is a way of how NOT to deliver the workshops.
