I'd like to introduce Cam Macdonell as a Moderator of the [Discuss] mailing
list. Cam and I together will work to keep the conversations on the list
productive, civil and with a good signal-to-noise ratio. As the community
grows, we're looking at ways to keep people informed, but also keep
long-running threads out of everyone's inbox. This is a first-step and we've
taken many community suggestions into account as we develop communications
strategies that will scale with the growth of our community.
Cam will be helping to:
1) Help me tend to moderator requests in a timely manner
2) Move discussions to GitHub Issues when they run long
3) Notify the ED of CoC warnings and violations and is authorized to warn CoC
violators
