Hi, I like to print out some of the training material and can imagine lots of our workshop attendants want to do the same. Unfortunately all the shading (code & header boxes) simply disappears, no matter if I use InternetExplorer 11 or Firefox 30. I did enable "Print Background", but that did not make any difference.
I searched the mailing list for this problem but only an unresolved reference to custom style sheets came up. Any advice?
