Responding here with the same info as on twitter, in case others are
interested. I don't think there is a command-line interface for
OpenRefine AFAIK, but there are these other options:
R library for loading data from OpenRefine:

python wrapper to OpenRefine API:

and a python script to convert the exported OR JSON steps to an R
