Thanks Bartosz - is there a view somewhere that shows how many comments are on each page? I'm cycling through the episodes now, trying to figure out which have annotations and which don't. Also, is there an easy way to promote hypothesis comments to GitHub issues?

Cheers,

Greg

Hi Greg,

It's great to see the Python gapminder lesson taking shape. Thanks for sharing
it.

I started annotating the lesson on hypothes.is:

https://via.hypothes.is/swcarpentry.github.io/python-novice-gapminder/01-run-quit/

It's a public website, so everyone can read all comments and write their own
(registration required).

Hi everyone,

We have done another round of revisions on the prototype of a new lesson
on Python aimed at people who have never programmed before. You can
view it at https://swcarpentry.github.io/python-novice-gapminder/, and
find the source in
https://github.com/swcarpentry/python-novice-gapminder/. We would be
very grateful for comments, fixes, etc.

Please note that:

1. There are some design notes in
http://swcarpentry.github.io/python-novice-gapminder/design/.

2. The episodes are currently written as point-form notes - we'll
eventually flesh them out, but want to be sure we're teaching the right
things first.

3. We are particularly interested in feedback on ordering (can we get to
the useful stuff earlier?) and length (is this too much? if so, what do
we cut?).

Thanks,

Greg
