Hi all, Bill Punch at MSU asked me the following --

I'm > thinking a kind of ipython notebook but with sharing that I can control; > where students can watch while I type and message as I type. That would > allow students to show their code as well as work on mine, but under > some control. ipython had sharing as a goal but things like tornado made > control hard. Any progress that you know of on the ipython/jupyter front > for sharing? I was wondering if people had any suggestions? I don’t think Jupyter supports this yet (although it is a long term goal, I believe). You can e-mail me, or send to [email protected] directly. If a great solution emerges that I hear about, I will (eventually :) summarize back to the list. I think a commercial or hosted solution would be ok if inexpensive. best, —titus _______________________________________________ Discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.software-carpentry.org/listinfo/discuss
