Hi,
F1000Research has already published such dynamic, interactive figures
that even update automatically as new results come in, e.g.
https://f1000research.com/articles/3-176/v2
There was a related piece in Nature a couple years ago about these
'living figures'
http://www.nature.com/news/living-figures-make-their-debut-1.17382
Cheers,
Paco

Hi Steve,
I think that eLife just recently announced the support of
“reproducible documents” as research articles
(https://elifesciences.org/labs/7dbeb390/reproducible-document-stack-supporting-the-next-generation-research-article).
I haven’t seen an actual such document yet, but they should support
interactive figures.
Regards,
Fotis

Does anyone know of a journal that accepts and posts dynamic plots.
Not just supplementary materials, but an e-pub with interactive
figures like what Bret Victor envisioned [1]
Thanks,
Steve
