Hi folks, A recent workshop attendee sent me the following email about her antivirus program finding an issue on the socrative site. As she says, it's probably a false positive, but I thought I'd see if anyone else on the list has ever had this come up or noticed any problems.

I am using ClamAV antivirus on a Mac running OS X Sierra, which scans the Safari browser cache (among other locations) and it identified one of the files ieframe.dll.mui as a Trojan and quarantined it, so not a problem for me. But perhaps this would be a problem for somebody else, or maybe it isn’t a problem at all, but I wonder if somebody wants to check it out, if this is a tool you use quite a bit. -- Christina Koch - Research Computing Facilitator, University of Wisconsin - Madison <http://www.wisc.edu/>, Center for High Throughput Computing <http://chtc.cs.wisc.edu/> Wisconsin Institute for Discovery <http://wid.wisc.edu/>; Advanced Computing Initiative <http://aci.wisc.edu/>; ACI-REF <https://aciref.org/> email: [email protected] // phone: (608) 316 - 4041 // calendar: tinyurl.com/ChristinaCHTC
