By Datacenter are you referring to the infrastructure (HVAC, power, connectivity) or the servers/services contained within?
If it's the former I can only remember 1 time in the past 10 years I've had any service affected by DC problems. In that case it was a personal server in the cheapest DC I could find in SF. Of course those colocated at 365Main could probably provide you with more recent examples. -s
