IMHO, HP's iLOM is hands-down the best of breed that I've worked with (Dell, IBM, HP). I'll echo Kent's issues that - sometimes - you'll have issues with HP tech support, but a lot of that depends on whether or not you're buying Carepack support contracts for your hardware (I've noticed a LOT fewer problems since we moved to "every production server has a Carepack" as our mantra).
