Jacob and all,
I've been greatly assisted by the following fine tuning steps:
1> with safari open, press control-f2 to focus on the menu bar. You
can also use vo keys with m to do this, move down through the view
column and press enter on all items which say hide. You'll need to
press the control-f2 combination or the vo keys with m to get back to
the menu bar after each press of enter.
2> press command-comma to open safari preferences, tab to or vo to
the advanced button and press space. Tab or vo to the
tab highlights each item on a web page check box and press space on
it. press escape and try amazon again. I do not have pages in
groups checked. It works fine for me.

Hi all
I just acquired an iBook G4 with os x tiger on it after my windows
laptop failed. I'm relatively new to VO, so this is probably a really
dumb question. When browsing amazon.com, I can search for a product
and pull up the page relating to it. However, once I do that and
interact with the HTML content on the product page itself, I can only
see a few links at the top, usually amazon.com and your store. After
that, VO focus moves to the back button on the toolbar, even though
HTML content remains the item with which I'm interacting. Attempting
to go backwards produces similar results. Has anyone seen this
problem and, if so, how did you get around it?
