The first time I downloaded it there was no problem finding the free
download. But later on when I went to download it I absolutely
couldn't find anything but the free trial for the pass. If that
happens to you, just go ahead and download it and then call the toll
free number and cancel. It's a real pain because they ask you why you
want to cancel when you look at the cancel link online and then on
the next page give you the phone number; I wrote in that I shouldn't
have to explain my reasons and shouldn't have to make a special phone
call to cancel. But if you do end up not being able to find the free
link, here's the cancellation number: 1-866-238-4228. There may also
be other numbers that work but I know this works because I used it to
cancel.
