Audio Hijack and Audio Hijack pro are applications written by Rogue Amoeba Software. They allow you to route audio signals among applications and hardware as well as schedule recordings of streaming audio. I contacted them about accessibility back in July and, within a few weeks, they were working on issues with VoiceOver. In October, I received a message about the new version and fixes that addressed labels that VoiceOver could read and recognize. this is a great sexample of a typical Mac developer, totally willing to help make their product the best that it can be. Maybe the results don't appear instantaneously, but within a reasonable amount of time, results can be seen. As long as you appraoch them nicely and charm them, they'll do whatever they can to ehlp. It makes me a loyal customer.
