You know, I got absolutely no conveersation out of the Apple tech
regarding VO and any assistance I might need. TThe response was,
"you are asking questions of a support or user nature, not technicle
support and therefore the cost is $199." He would not answer any
questions. I asked if he was saying then that to geet any help with
VO I'd neeed to pay and he said that was in fact the case. So, when
I read your message below asking how many hours I got out of
them...well, I got a laugh for sure.

questions answered from Microsoft? How about help from Henter Joyce
on third party products? I must point out that the non-Apple software
is not Apple's responsibility, but I hope you keep pressing them about
Pages though. Did you pay separately for Pages, or was it bundled at
no additional cost?
