It's only the links at the top of the page that don't work, once you get into the body of the page, they all work fine. I've discovered that safari won't jump to sections of the same file using voiceover. Anytime you've got links that point to the current document, clicking on them does nothing as far as vo is concerned. The other thing some pages do is to have multiple frames, with links in one frame, and contents in another. When you click on a link, it appears nothing happens, but in actuality, the text in the other frame, but according to vo, nothing happened. If you don't know to chheck the other frame, you'll never know something happened.
