The dvd description track is listed in the languages. It's a menu option from the main screen. For some reason we can't access it, since it's a control on the screen. I did notice when we turned on the dvs, that the title changed from 1 to 2, but later, when I tried switching it myself, I could select the title 2, but it didn't turn on dvs. Closed captioning is turned on with a keystroke, but since dvs is considered a language, apparently there's no quick way to do this. I will say here though, that Apple has provided a *very nice* dvd player demo in the latest adc samples. It works much better for us than the regular dvd player. If I could figure out how the heck to get the flippin buttons labeled in ibuilder/XTools, then I could put up a copy of a dvd player that is completely accessible, including play, pause, stop, fastforward, rewind, etc. I'm not sure title is something that can be selected programatically, but I'll certainly give it a try, that at least I could add w/o having to fiddle with the silly graphic buttons to add labels.

I haven't managed to get it to work once. :) LOL! I'm still working on it.

On a different note, anyone know how to get DVD player to play DVDs that have audio-described tracks that track?

I know Jane in particular was working on this. I'm a little confused. I got the command to work in safari, but then it said something about "goto" and the url with "when I say" at the end. So I wasn't sure what to do. can you clarify?

Tia.
