Hi. I use a company called v21 who charge 16.99 a monthor 14.99 if you make your phone calls through them instead of BT. Tiscali also do good deals at around 14.99 a month too, but I heard of some people having problems, probably because they are oversuscribed. You can get loads of limited download deals at around 9.99 a month, but they usually have limits of around 2 gigs a month. If you live in west London or Berkshire area, there's a wireless company called Now who do pretty good deals and are fairly generous with their limits from 10 gigs or so. They don't require a phone line, which is quite cool. They have a 256 meg connection at 10 quid or 512 at 15 quid, and they don't mind if you go over the limit every so often. Cable companies like NTL and Telewest do good deals that include line rental and digital TV etc. There's also a company called Home Choice who do phone plus broadband plus TV at pretty good rates too. Hope this helps.
