Ok, to clarify this for myself I saved the same script three ways: as
text, as a script, and as an application. As text it won't run and so
you can't check "run only". If you save as script and use "run only"
you can't edit it and it won't run either unless you let an
application like spark handle it. If you save it as an application
and run only, it will run when you click on it though of course you
can't edit it. My mistake was saving as script and run only since I
did want to just run it. You can save your scripts of course in all
these formats if you want to.
