If no one has already replied, I simply set the cursor on the file,
used VO-keys plus m, cursored over to file (this is all if your in
the finder of course), choose "always open with" and hit right arrow
to expand this menu, choose the app from the pop-up menu, and there
ya go. Not to bad, but if there's a shorter way, someone will let us
know.
