Re: weather widget

I looked it up in help, and it's supposed to go by your designation  
of timezone in "time and date" in system preferences, but it  
acknowledged some problems with duplicate cities for instance. A  
sighted person can apparently click on the "i" button in the weather  
widget and change it; I don't understand why we aren't able to do this.
