No, all your applications will still be intact if you use "archive
and install" and check the box to preserve your user account and
network settings. You might have to re-enter your login for
realplayer if you have a subscription but it will still be there.
If you have Applecare you would call the support number; I don't have
that but I think you can find it on the website.
