Mine is working. Since you sent in your problem though I would check
mine and see. Still has the three or four upgrades wanted before
that I haven't gotten yet. SO clicked on one and it went to it and
started downloading. Yes I do one at a time since I'm on dial up and
it seems to take for ever just to get one program downloaded.
